Ekonomiyi Yönet

Privacy Policy

Ekonomiyi Yönet (“Run the Economy”) does not collect your name, email or game content. The whole game runs on your device, with no account or tracking. When you are online, it sends a pseudonymous usage signal (a random ID, never your name) so that we can count how many people play. Ads appear only with your permission and are never personalized. This page explains the details and your rights.

At a glance

  • The app does not collect your name, email, precise location or game content, and never asks for location access; our partners can estimate an approximate country or city from your IP address (section 2). It also works without an internet connection.
  • When you are online, a random pseudonymous ID, the device identifier (IDFV) and device and version details go to RevenueCat so that we can count how many people play (section 2). They are never used for ads or tracking.
  • Ads appear only with your permission and are never personalized. If you allow them, device and usage details go to our ad partner Unity (section 2); if you don't, the ad software never runs.
  • No accounts, sign-in or tracking. The app does not track you across other apps or websites and never asks for tracking permission (ATT). Our own code has no crash-reporting software; if you allow ads, Unity's ad software may send its own crash and diagnostic reports to Unity.
  • Your saved game, career and a few preferences (including your ad permission choice) stay on your device only. We cannot access them.
  • The app asks for no permissions: no camera, location, microphone, photos or contacts.
  • If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. We never sell it or use it for marketing.
  • This website uses no cookies, analytics or scripts.

1. Scope and controller

This policy covers:

  • the Ekonomiyi Yönet app for iPhone and iPad (the “app”),
  • the website ekonomiyi-yonet.vercel.app (the “site”),
  • support requests you send us by email.

The app is developed and published by Yiğit Kiremitci, an independent developer, who is the controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). “We” on this page means the developer.

2. What we collect and what we don't

Usage and purchase information (RevenueCat)

The app uses RevenueCat, Inc.'s software to view new and active user counts and manage purchase records for optional packs. You do not need a game account. When a paid pack is offered, payment takes place in Apple's store.

When the app opens or returns to the foreground and an internet connection is available, the following goes to RevenueCat:

  • a random, pseudonymous user ID that the SDK creates on first launch (it contains no name or contact details),
  • the identifier Apple gives the device for one developer's apps (IDFV, “identifier for vendor”),
  • the device model, the iOS or iPadOS version, and the app's version and build number,
  • your device's preferred languages and the country of your App Store account,
  • the time of the request and technical details about the SDK (such as the SDK version, whether the app is in the foreground and the status of the app tracking permission). RevenueCat may also collect short diagnostic records to check that the SDK works properly,
  • the IP address that servers see, as with any internet connection.

If you buy a pack or restore purchases, the product identifier, transaction and purchase date, store environment and purchase verification information may also be sent to RevenueCat. We use these to check purchases, restorations and refunds and view aggregate revenue reports. Neither we nor RevenueCat receive your card number, bank account or Apple account password; Apple processes payment. Pack access comes from Apple's verified purchase record. The device's verified record may be used offline; verified refund or revocation information is applied when received.

We use this information to look at totals such as the numbers of new and active users. Individual pseudonymous records are also visible in the RevenueCat dashboard, but they contain no name or contact details: the app has no accounts, so these never reach RevenueCat. We do not try to match the anonymous ID to your identity. Your saved game, decisions, career, taps and play time are never sent. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is not collected and no App Tracking Transparency permission is requested; the data is never used for advertising, profiling or tracking you across other apps and websites.

RevenueCat processes this data on our behalf, as a service provider, on servers in the US (RevenueCat Privacy Policy). The connection is encrypted with HTTPS. Without an internet connection nothing is sent and the game works as usual.

Local measurement records on your device

The app keeps a limited local journal of ad opportunities, impressions, errors and blocking reasons, applied rewards, available ad revenue and the active experiment group. It may also record when the store appears, purchase attempts, cancellations, pending approvals, verified transactions, refunds and restoration results. This journal is currently kept on your device and is not automatically sent to us. It contains no raw purchase receipt, Apple account, advertising identifier or game decisions. A one-way hash of the transaction identifier prevents duplicate purchase counts. Displayed prices are not recorded as earned revenue. Deleting the app also deletes this journal.

Ads (Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads): only with your permission

Undo, second chance and new quarterly decision reviews may unlock through optional rewarded ads. With your permission, automatic interstitial ads may also appear at natural breaks such as quarter, year or mission endings; frequency is limited according to the app version and active experiment. Early learning, short intervals and recently watched rewarded ads are protected. The newer policy may invite you at the first natural quarterly break or when you first tap a rewarded offer. Declining does not close the game or existing free content: ad software is not started and nothing is sent to the ad partner. Verified Governor's Pack access turns off automatic interstitial ads and opens new reviews without ads; undo and second chance remain available through optional ads.

If you allow ads, they are served by Unity Software Inc.'s LevelPlay mediation service (formerly ironSource) and Unity Ads. For this, the following goes to Unity:

  • the device identifier for our apps (IDFV) and identifiers Unity creates itself,
  • technical details such as the device model, operating system version, language, time zone, screen and connection type,
  • your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country or city level),
  • how you interact with ads (impressions, viewing time, taps) and the ads' technical performance.

Ads are not personalized: no app tracking permission is requested, so your advertising identifier (IDFA) is never available (iOS gives apps only zeros without that permission), and in every country the app tells Unity to show contextual (non-personalized) ads only, with “no consent to personalization” and “do not sell or share” signals. LevelPlay also includes Unity's Ad Quality component, which checks the ads that are shown and sends ad-display and crash diagnostics to Unity. Unity processes this data under its own policy to serve ads, measure impressions, prevent fraud and run its service (Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy). The Unity privacy icon inside the ads lets you access the data Unity holds or ask for it to be deleted.

You can withdraw your permission at any time under Reklam izni (Ad permission) in the game menu. From that moment no new ads are requested or shown and the rewarded offers disappear; ad software that is already loaded stays idle until you close the app, and it is not started at the next launch. If you see an inappropriate ad, use Uygunsuz reklamı bildir (Report an inappropriate ad) in the game menu: the email it opens includes the last ad's network and ID, and we will block the ad.

Data we do not collect

The app does not send us the following data or request access to your personal content:

  • your name, email address, phone number or other contact details,
  • your precise location (if you allow ads, Unity may derive an approximate location from your IP address),
  • contacts, photos, videos, files or calendars,
  • camera, microphone, health, fitness, card or bank information (apart from the purchase records described above),
  • the advertising identifier (IDFA) or fingerprinting-based identifiers,
  • your decisions in the game, the screens you visit, your taps or play time,
  • crash reports from our own code (it contains no crash-reporting software; only Unity's ad software, if you allow ads, may report its own crashes to Unity; see section 7 for Apple's optional sharing),
  • browsing history or activity in other apps.

Apart from RevenueCat and Unity's LevelPlay, Unity Ads and Ad Quality software, the app contains no third-party SDKs, advertising networks or analytics services; everything else is built with Apple's own frameworks (SwiftUI, SwiftData and Swift Charts). The App Store privacy label shows the data in this section. Because the ad partner can process data together with its own identifiers, the label counts it as data that may be linked to you: location, identifiers, usage data, diagnostics and other data. Crash data and reports you send from inside an ad (customer support) are listed as not linked to you. No data is used for tracking.

3. What stays on your device

To make the game work, some information is stored only on your device, inside the app's own protected container. Apart from the pseudonymous ID in section 2, it is never sent to us or anyone else; we cannot see it or delete it remotely.

InformationWhyHow long
Mission saves: scenario, game seed, your monthly decisions, press answers and the mission's state; in version 1.0.1, each mission and decision draft is saved separately So you can continue where you left off. The game saves automatically after every step. In version 1.0.1, until you delete the app; starting a new mission keeps earlier saves. In version 1.0, starting a new mission replaces the current save.
Career record: for each finished mission, the scenario, seed, grade, type of ending, average loss, final inflation, promises kept and broken, and finish date For the career view and best grades in the Sicil (Record) tab Until you delete the app
Achievements: the achievement, its scenario and date To show your achievements Until you delete the app
Preferences: whether you have seen the first-launch “How to play” walkthrough and the introduction to the new game modes, whether haptic feedback is on, and your answer on the ad permission screen To avoid showing the walkthrough on every launch and remember your haptics choice Until you delete the app
A decision draft you have not applied yet To keep your choices on the decision screen Stored on the device with the mission save; updated when a new decision is applied or removed when the mission is deleted
RevenueCat's pseudonymous user ID and SDK cache; if you allow ads, the cache and identifiers of Unity's ad software So that the same installation is not counted as a new user at every launch (section 2) Until you delete the app

These local records are not labeled with your name or contact details. RevenueCat processes purchase records with a pseudonymous user ID and device information; purchase history is therefore disclosed as data that may be linked to your device in the App Store privacy information. The app uses Apple's UserDefaults for its own settings and measurement preferences, RevenueCat's ID and, if you allow ads, Unity's ad software, as declared in the app and SDK privacy manifests.

4. Backups and new devices

The app does not sync data through iCloud or between devices. However, iOS and iPadOS may include app data when they back up your device:

  • With iCloud Backup turned on, your saved game and career may be part of your iCloud backup.
  • If you back up to a Mac or PC, they may be included there.
  • If you restore a new device from such a backup, your progress may appear on it too.

These backups are controlled by Apple or by your computer; we cannot access them. Manage backups in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup.

5. Permissions

The app requests no system permissions: no camera, microphone, location, photos, contacts, calendars, Bluetooth, local network, notifications or App Tracking Transparency. Haptic feedback needs no permission, and you can turn it off in the game menu.

6. Report card sharing and links

Report card

At the end of a mission you can share a report card image with “Karneni paylaş” (Share your report card). The image contains only the app name, the scenario, your grade, how the mission ended, starting and final inflation, and the game seed. It contains no personal information.

Sharing happens through Apple's share sheet and only when you choose. You decide which app or person receives the image; we never see it. Once shared, the image is subject to the privacy terms of the app or service you sent it to.

Links

The app's “Destek” (Support), “Gizlilik Politikası” (Privacy Policy) and “Kullanım Koşulları” (Terms of Use) links open in a Safari view on top of the app. Safari runs that view separately from the app, so the app cannot see the pages you open or what you do there. Section 9 applies to pages on this site, and Apple's privacy policy applies to Apple's terms page.

7. Data handled by Apple

The app is distributed through the App Store. Downloads, updates, ratings, reviews and payments for optional packs are handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. The app is free to download; paid packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Existing free content remains available without buying a pack. Apple's store displays the price and payment confirmation.

Optional one-time packs

Governor's Pack removes automatic interstitials, unlocks ad-free decision and mission reviews, and includes two themes and the Supporter appearance. Undo and Second Chance still use voluntary rewarded ads. Crisis Atlas unlocks three additional fictional crisis missions and is sold separately. Availability depends on the app version and App Store region. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. See purchase support for details and troubleshooting.

Apple processes payment and purchase verification. Purchase, restoration and refund information determines pack access; RevenueCat may process it for the usage and purchase reporting described above. Your theme preference stays on the device and does not itself grant purchase rights. Buying and restoring require an internet connection. Verified access can work offline and updates when verified refund or revocation information arrives from Apple.

If Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Share With App Developers is turned on, Apple may give developers anonymous crash reports and aggregated usage statistics (for example, how many devices have the app installed). Apple collects this information, and it does not allow us to identify you. We use it only to find bugs and improve the app. You can turn this sharing off in the same setting at any time.

Game Center (version 1.0.2 and later): If you are signed in to Game Center on your device, the game reports the achievements you earn to Apple's Game Center service, and on first sign-in it also sends the ones you earned earlier. Signing in is optional; if you don't, the game works the same and nothing is sent. Apple processes this data linked to your Game Center account under the Apple Privacy Policy, and your Game Center profile and privacy settings decide whether other players can see your achievements. We do not receive, see or store your Game Center name, ID or achievement data, and the app asks for no new permission for this. To stop using Game Center, sign out under Settings > Game Center; the achievements in the game stay on your device.

Reviews you write on the App Store are public. If we respond to a review, our response is public too.

8. Support emails

Emailing us is entirely optional. If you do, we receive:

  • your email address and the name shown in your email,
  • the content of your message and any attachments (such as screenshots),
  • any technical details you choose to include (device model, iOS version, scenario, game seed).

Purpose: to understand your issue, reply, fix bugs and consider your suggestions. We do not use this information for marketing, do not send newsletters, and do not sell or share it.

Provider: Support emails are received and stored with Google's Gmail service, so your message may be processed on Google LLC servers, including outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area (Google Privacy Policy).

Retention: We keep the conversation until your request is resolved and then for up to 12 months in case the same issue comes back, after which we delete it. Ask us at any time if you would like it deleted sooner.

Please do not send sensitive information such as passwords, ID numbers, health or financial data. We never need it for support.

9. This website

This site consists of static pages hosted by Vercel Inc.

  • No cookies: the site uses no cookies or similar local storage, so it does not ask for cookie consent.
  • No analytics or tracking: no visitor statistics, advertising pixels, social media plugins or scripts (JavaScript). Our security policy blocks scripts from running on these pages entirely.
  • No external resources: fonts and images load from this site; nothing is requested from third parties such as Google Fonts.
  • No forms: the site has no form that asks for your information.

Server logs: like any web server, Vercel processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and may keep it in short-lived logs. We do not use these logs to identify anyone. See the Vercel Privacy Policy for details.

Links from this site to other sites (such as Apple, Google or Vercel) are subject to those sites' own privacy terms.

11. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data that goes to Unity for ads does so only with your permission and is used only for non-personalized (contextual) ads; Unity receives a “do not sell or share” signal. We do not “sell” personal information or “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Information may be processed only by these service providers, for the purposes described above:

  • Google LLC (Gmail): support emails. Servers may be in the US and other countries.
  • Vercel Inc.: website hosting. Servers are in the US and across its global network.
  • RevenueCat, Inc.: pseudonymous usage and purchase records. Servers are in the US.
  • Unity Software Inc. (LevelPlay and Unity Ads): only with your permission, serving and measuring ads. Servers are in the US and other countries.
  • Apple: App Store distribution and optional analytics sharing.

These providers may be located outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. Using the app while online, emailing us or visiting the site means your information is processed on their infrastructure. Transfers rely on the providers' own data protection commitments and the safeguards required by applicable law. Unless the law requires it, we do not share your information with public authorities or anyone else.

12. Security

  • App data lives in the iOS sandbox, where other apps cannot reach it. If you use a passcode, iOS encrypts these files at the hardware level.
  • Requests to RevenueCat are encrypted with HTTPS, and only the developer can access the RevenueCat dashboard.
  • The site is served over HTTPS only and sends strict security headers to your browser (for example, blocking scripts and framing).
  • Support emails are kept in an email account that only the developer can access.

No system is entirely risk-free, but holding almost no data about you is the most effective protection.

14. Deleting your data

Because app data lives only on your device, you control it directly; you do not need our permission.

Managing mission saves

Version 1.0.1: Each mission and decision draft is saved separately. Starting a new mission keeps earlier missions; switch between saves under My Missions on the main menu. This version has no button to delete an individual mission save. To delete all local mission saves, your career and achievements, follow “Delete all app data” below.

Version 1.0: Selecting Yeni senaryo seç (Choose new scenario), starting another mission and confirming replaces the current mission's save; your career and achievements remain.

Delete all app data

  1. Touch and hold the Ekonomiyi Yönet icon on your Home Screen.
  2. Tap Delete App, then Delete App again.

Or go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Ekonomiyi Yönet > Delete App. This permanently deletes all mission saves, decision drafts, your career, achievements and preferences on that device.

Note: Offload App on the same screen removes only the app itself and keeps its documents and data on your device. Use Delete App if you want the data gone.

Copies in backups

Older iCloud or computer backups may still contain a copy. Manage or delete iCloud backups in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Backups.

Usage statistics

Deleting the app removes local preferences and journals, but does not cancel an Apple purchase. After reinstalling, use “Restore purchases” with the same Apple account to restore your packs. Pseudonymous usage and purchase records at RevenueCat are not automatically deleted from its servers. You may contact us to request deletion or object to processing; do not send your password, card details or full purchase receipt. Once we can match your request to a pseudonymous record, we will act on it except where records must be retained. Requests about payment information held by Apple should be addressed to Apple.

Ad data

Withdraw your permission under Reklam izni (Ad permission) in the game menu: from that moment no new ads are requested, and the ad software is not started again at the next launch. To access or delete data Unity already holds, use the Unity privacy icon inside an ad or the routes in Unity's privacy policy.

Support conversations

Email ykiremitci10@gmail.com. We will delete your conversations within 30 days and confirm.

15. Your rights

EU and EEA (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Türkiye (KVKK)

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction or, under Article 7, deletion or destruction; ask that corrections and deletions be notified to those third parties; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.

California and other US states

You have the right to know, delete and correct personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

To exercise any right, email ykiremitci10@gmail.com. We answer requests free of charge within 30 days.

Your game data stays on your device and can be deleted using the steps in section 14. Our service provider RevenueCat holds pseudonymous usage and purchase records; we also keep support correspondence if you write to us. Unity holds ad data and Apple holds payment information under their respective policies.

16. Children

The app is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for players of all ages. It asks no one, including children, for personal details such as a name or email; it collects the usage statistics in section 2 and shows ads only with permission. The app is not directed at children. It is marked that way in the ad partner's dashboard, and ads are limited to content suitable for the app's age rating. Its only external links are the support, privacy and terms of use pages.

If a parent or guardian tells us that a child under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in their country) has emailed us, we will delete that correspondence promptly.

17. Changes

We may update this policy as the app or the law changes. The current version is always published at this address with a new effective date. If a change affects how the app handles data, we will also mention it in the App Store “What's New” notes. If the data the app collects changes, this is shown here and on the App Store privacy label beforehand. The 10 October 2026 version added the usage statistics (section 2) and permission-based ads (section 2).
